If I had a dollar for every donkey I rode in Mexico I'd have 100 pesos. For every taco I ate, I'd have 200 pesos. Every palm tree I saw 250 pesos. Every G&T I drank, 300 pesos. For every perfect moment I had, not enough pesos to count!
The past three and half weeks has been the most amazing experience and I'm so lucky to have spent it with my beautiful family and some awesome friends.
To the newly weds, Danielle O'Neill thank you for letting me share your wedding day with you and all those intimate moments as one of your bridesmaids. I apologise for looking like I've swallowed a bad shrimp in almost every wedding photo, but turns out watching your big sister marry the love of her life will pull on the heart strings and bring on the water works multiple times during the day. To wedding dresses under 200 Ryan Smith , my new brother, thank you for loving my sister the way that you do. Welcome to the family.
Cr Gail O'Neill & Mike O'Neill I hope you enjoyed having your three girls all together in the same country. It sure is a rare occasion to say the least. And a bit of twin time with my other half, Brooke O'Neill is always incredibly special!
Spending Dani's hens party on the Chicaloca may have been one of the best days of my life. We were all dressed and ready for Coachella but instead we sailed the seas and went to Yelapa and instead of Beyonce headlining, Dani O'Neill took to the stage. To all the Aussie girls and the Canadian girls, you absolute legends!
Catching up with friends away from home also made our trip that much more memorable.
And last but not least, to my one and only Adam Spies . Just when I thought I couldn't love you anymore. Thanks for putting the cherry on top to one epic trip!
