Lately I have seen alot of : Instagram vs real life post ( its not a new thing though ), amongst fitness dolls, where they ofcourse pose and supposedly dont pose!
...In 9 out of 10 post's, the girl's are still posing where they should stand relaxed, so here is the "no brainer" how to not pose instruction
1. Dont freaking pose
Hard job right, its stupid to say that you are not posing, when you are sucking in your belly, arching your back, leaning forward, chest out, put one foot slightly in front of the other etc, and on top you put on a full makeup
Would it really be that terrible for the world to see how you really look like! If people got to see the real you, they would guaranteed respect you for it, instead of trying to impress everyone constantly
On the left im obviously doing everything possible, to enchance my figure, on the right my arms are hanging relaxed, natural facial expression, my stomach is actually quite distended, the zipper is barely holding on to its life, I probably also have bad breath, no makeup, still with bed hair and im wearing heels, yeah I know last part kind of fucks it up, but honestly I was too lazy to take them off vintage evening formal wears sales back to 1920s
Im not the only one noticing these girls are pretending, I see it in their comment sections how people dislike it, just dont pretend girls, it only makes you look stupid
